Case Study – Home2 Suites – La Crosse, Wisconsin

HA&A was engaged to help a developer evaluate the best concept for a downtown site. After an initial deal screen review, we recommended pivoting from the developer’s independent concept to a Home2 Suites strategy.

The client then requested investor-grade analysis and later a full narrative feasibility study used in underwriting. This was followed by asset management and exit advisory services.
